Restorative Listening

Post image for Restorative Listening

Restorative Yoga offers people the opportunity to open, stretch, and expand within totally supported yoga poses. We use blankets, bolsters, pillows, blocks, eye pillows, gentle light and whatever else we need to build a totally supported, tender environment.

Restorative Listening will combine the practice of restorative yoga poses with guided inquiry.  Inquiry is the art of directing our attention within with curiosity and open awareness.

As we settle our nervous system and receive the support of the earth beneath us, we will also touch into the felt sense of a challenge or dilemma in our life and listen to our bodies innate knowing. Everyone welcome.
