The Art of Collapse
Building Strength and Acceptance in Difficult Times
“Chaos should be regarded as extremely good news.” Chogyam Trungpa
An experiential workshop in giving up the dream and getting real. Ideal for anyone experiencing any form of collapse: illness, health concerns, job loss, grief, loss of relationships, economic instability, environmental instability, basic restlessness, or anxious about collapse coming soon to a community or nation near you.
An afternoon in freeing our fears, finding our center, and forgetting our stories. Using movement, inquiry, and dialogue we will venture into the unknown, lie on the floor, and discover what support we have from the inside out. This will be a nurturing afternoon to explore where we are and what we need to safely fall apart. As we release old habits new and better strategies for supporting our lives and the life around us are just waiting to unfold.
I recently wrote an article on the topic that you can read here: Collapse Now (And Beat the Rush).
See below for information about upcoming workshops. You can also bring me to your area by finding six or more people interested in participating in this workshop and a comfortable location where we all have room to lie on the floor. Contact me to explore this possibility.
